COLLEGE Summer Internship: Health Technology Managment Intern

The opportunity

The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes

We are Health Technology Managment. We install, repair and maintain the medical equipment in the hospital. Our team consists of 21 biomedical equipment technicians, 5 Clinical Engineers, an administrative contracts analyst, 2 managers and 2 directors. The work environment is an electronics technician workshop. Work location for this intern will be a technician work bench.

What you'll do

  • Learn to repair and maintain basic electronic devices.

  • May work on projects that may involve going into all clinical spaces throughout the hospital patient rooms and clinic examination rooms.

  • Will learn to use basic tools and electronic test equipment.

  • Complete work orders in our database, use spreadsheets to track information.

  • This position is fully onsite

Recruitment process

  • Internship opportunities: We aim to have all summer internship opportunities posted by February 28. They will be posted on a rolling basis as managers determine their availability to host an intern.

  • Resume review & interviews: Applications will be screened, forwarded to managers as appropriate, and interviews will be scheduled.

  • Offer decision: We will follow up within one week of your interview.

  • Onboarding: Those selected for the internship program will complete onboarding by May to ensure a smooth start to the program.
