Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS Product Manager with a strong background in the telecom/fiber industry with basic programming skills for API access, and GIS experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, ensuring the successful development and delivery of our innovative software solutions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and roadmaps
- Utilize GIS knowledge to integrate geospatial data and features into our SaaS products
- Access and manipulate APIs to enhance product functionality and provide support to clients and the sales team
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product releases
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status and addressing any issues or concerns
- Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation

The Individual:
- Deep knowledge and experience with telecom fiber, technology, and the procurement process
- Ability to synthesize market insights and customer feedback and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic programming skills, particularly in accessing and utilizing APIs
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, GIS, or a related field.
- 5-7 years as a Product Manager in the software industry, with a focus on GIS and telecom applications
