Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager specializing in Workforce Development to join our team. This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about fostering talent, driving employee engagement, and shaping a high-performance culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that support our workforce's growth, development, and alignment with organizational goals. With a focus on skill enhancement, career progression, and succession planning, the HR Manager will play a critical role in building a strong, agile workforce that is prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow.   • Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns through investigation and assisting with mediation efforts.
  • Employee relations contact for day to day responsible for conflict resolution efforts.
  • Working closely with leadership to manage and execute corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, coordinating interview schedules, and managing the onboarding of new hires.
  • The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring employee training and compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations
  • Ensure Federal & State law compliance related to FMLA, Worker's Comp, OSHA, all other compliant related directives.
  • Function as the "hands on" HR Manager for the Las Vegas project.
  • Overseeing payroll compliance and managing departmental employee transitions.
  • Conduct routine salary market studies for trends and budgeting.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of open communication and inclusivity.
  • Knowledge of employee benefit programs and employee compensation to assist employees during open enrollment and/or new hire processing.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development to support the long-term goals of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business management, human resources, psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and
  • Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management.
  • Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • This position is responsible for overseeing and being an active leader in all HR systems. This includes implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This includes data accuracy, managing employee records, generating HR-related reports, and leveraging the system to streamline HR processes.
  • Demonstrated experiencein conducting thorough employee investigations, ensuring fair and consistent handling of workplace concerns.
