*Currently seeking a Training Specialist to join the team at a local credit union.*
*Job Description:* * Develop and deliver training for new hires and existing employees in alignment with business objectives * Apply adult learning theory, instructional design best-practices, and learning standards to maximize knowledge transfer, skill building, and learning retention * Utilize a variety of learning technologies, channels, and mediums to create and deliver engaging learning experiences appropriate to the audience and environment * Support teammates in the adoption and usage of business processes, systems, and technology * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of education/training programs including staff attendance and specific program results *Skills & Qualifications:* * Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial services retail branch, call center, collections, underwriting, processing, or servicing; including some experience in training, mentoring, or developing others * Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines * Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal *Schedule: *Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm* * #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.84/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
