A Day in the Life: Customer Service Representatives in this role answer phone calls about Government Identification. They record caller details in a computer system and use software to find information on passport policies and procedures. CSR's also check the status of applications using various computer systems. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, quick learners, good problem solvers, and great communicators. Pay Rate = $22.68 per hour (this is accurate. Sorry it also says 24-26, that is incorrect) Benefits = Yes. Health Dental Vision 401k, Weekly Pay, and access to a small onsite employee use Fitness Center/Gym. Hours: There are two shifts and all candidates considered must be open to both shifts.
