As the Associate Marketing Manager you will lead marketing analytics for assigned product lines as well as leading execution of key projects, and handling daily operations. Provide project management leadership in identified projects and provide team member support in other projects for the IV Solutions business. 60% of this role will be focused on marketing analytics to support business objectives. 40% of this role will be focused on product management level activities.

What you'll do ;
  • Lead marketing analytics using internal and external data sources to build actionable insights to drive financial commitments and meet/exceed business objectives.
  • Handling life cycle management and daily operations of assigned product lines - drive marketing projects, answering sales and customer questions, leading sales pipeline and supporting RFPs, as well as product and process improvement
  • Execution on key marketing projects and development of supporting tools, pricing actions, marketing campaigns, and collateral development.
  • Fully understand all the GPO contracts ( Vizient, Premier, HPG, MHA, etc.) and tiers that impact Acute and Alternate Site customers to analyze purchasing opportunities to tier up.
  • Aggregate market intelligence, voice of customer, customer site visits, and other key channels to integrate into commercial plans and strategies.
  • Lead marketing actions related to prioritization of product sustaining activities such as supplier change notices, operational improvement projects, regulatory commitments, etc.
  • Defines and is responsible for a set of key performance indicators that describe the health of a product line, support business cases and demand models based on data driven insights.
What you'll bring:
  • Strong experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare / 3 years business experience with 2+ years experience in one or more areas cited above.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. MBA preferred.
  • Strong Excel / Tableau skills.
  • Excellent quantitative/qualitative assessment/critical thinking skills; proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business acumen including broad knowledge, perspective and judgment on business decision making.
  • Strong leadership skills. Ability to form effective relationships and handle cross-functional teams. Strong presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Must possess a balanced skill set spanning a business, commercial, quality, and technical approach.
  • Strong collaborative, project management skills, and high results driven and accountability mentality.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
