Talent Insights & Analytics
The Talent Insights and Analytics team empowers HCM to achieve its strategic goals by providing data-driven insights and strategic expertise. We collaborate with Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent Strategy, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Engagement, Business Intelligence, Engineering and external HCM stakeholders.
We leverage data analysis, visualization, and storytelling to inform insights and recommendations for our people. Our skillsets include data blending and modeling, descriptive and statistical analysis, data process automation and re-design, robust data strategy and governance, dashboard and report design, employee listening and more.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you passionate about using data insights to drive strategic people initiatives? Join our Talent Insights and Analytics team as an analyst. You'll work with a global team, planning and managing projects in Insights & Analytics.

Role Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HCM and business stakeholders to understand priorities, gather requirements and inform reporting and analytical solutions.
* Balance functional objectives against analysis feasibility by assessing data availability and reliability.
* Lead impact analyses and measure the success of talent programs and initiatives.
* Communicate complex technical and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Support data strategy, analytics, and reporting for global talent processes including but not limited to Goal Setting, Promotions, Feedback, Manager Effectiveness, and Performance Ratings.
* Organize, govern, and analyze Key Design Decisions, establish benchmarks to measure KPIs, interpret results, and present meaningful business insights.
* Prepare visually appealing presentations and intuitive strategy blueprints.
* Create and execute detailed project management plans with transparent communication.
* Drive automation of reporting structures by partnering with Engineering and Business Intelligence teams
* Perform thorough validations at every stage of analysis.
* Participate in quality control, data governance, and peer reviews for tools, dashboards, and reports.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or Human Resources.
* Analytical mindset and solutions-oriented approach to data assumptions and challenges.
* Strong client interfacing skills and ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to connect the dots quickly and interpret data across multiple sources.
* Ability to succinctly present analytical findings verbally and in writing.
* Highly organized with excellent follow-through and end-to-end delivery.
* Strong drive to proactively obtain role-specific knowledge and demonstrate curiosity.
* High level of maturity, ability to manage confidential information, and impeccable judgment.
* Ability to work in a geographically diverse team and build strong relationships across locations.
* Analytical skills: Organize and analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and present
results, and ensure data quality.
* Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with a focus on quality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Familiarity with HCM concepts and data, including talent processes (feedback, promotions,
performance).
* Experience with ETL, data visualization and coding tools such as Alteryx, Python or Tableau.
* Advanced skillset in PowerPoint
* Experience using Alteryx to clean and transform data sets
* Experience with data visualization and analytic tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Hands-on experience with applying statistical concepts using Python or other similar programming
languages
