Job Summary

GP Strategies is seeking for an Logistic Training Support Analyst.

Will perform quoting and contracting suppliers and instructor logistics for client events (telecommunications company), maintaining administrative, financial and systemic controls.

Key Activities:

• Hiring suppliers and performing event logistics
• External purchases
• Administrative and financial controls
• Monday.com and travel system and others

Requirements:

• Desirable previous experience in training logistics / purchasing / finance area.
• Knowledge MS Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and MS Teams
