We're currently seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our team as a Recovery Specialist, in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. This role plays an integral part in fostering a safe and structured environment for our clients, helping them through one of the most pivotal stages of their recovery.
Key Responsibilities: * Ensuring program safety and structure by monitoring client activities. * Conducting admission screenings and supervising clients' well-being. * Completing shift documentation and record-keeping tasks efficiently. * Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30-minute client well-being checks. * Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: * Experience with substance use populations * Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. * A valid MA driver's license in good standing * High school diploma or GED. Details: * Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr. * Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered * Onsite position | Monday - Friday Shifts Offered: * 7AM-3PM (2 openings) * 3PM-11PM (2 openings) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
