Description We are seeking talented Systems Engineers across various experience levels - from those just beginning their careers to seasoned professionals ready to take on leadership roles. At BlueHalo, you will work on challenging projects that require innovative thinking, collaboration, and a deep understanding of systems engineering principles. You'd like to do this: Design, develop, and manage complex systems across their lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and integrate systems solutions. Conduct system analysis, modeling, and simulation to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. Implement best practices in systems architecture and engineering to meet project goals. For senior roles, lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic planning. You're required to have this: Entry-Level: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with systems engineering software tools. Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering. Proven track record of successful systems integration and optimization. Excellent technical, communication, and teamwork skills. Senior: 6+ years of experience. Expertise in systems architecture, project management, and technical leadership. Strong mentorship abilities and strategic thinking. Preferred Skills: Experience with systems modeling languages and tools. Experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range: $85,000 - $260,000 The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
