Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive, sales leadership team in our Southwest Florida market! As a Sales Manager with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners! You will serve as part of the market leadership team, ensuring alignment to organizational goals & direction as well as providing best operational results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the in-home sales representatives and sales support staff, including coaching, development, and annual formal performance reviews.
  • Achieve annual sales and customers satisfaction goals for location.
  • Coach and develop a sales team that meets objectives, cooperates on a team basis, and learns from individual successes; attends sales ride-along visits with sales reps.
  • Track sales metrics, monitor daily results, and analyze for corrective action.
  • Conduct sales meetings that include plan reviews and role-playing; hold sales contests.
  • Teach our sales process by modeling core behaviors.
  • Provide communication and clarity around our sales process system.
  • Establish an environment where all customers and employees are treated with dignity and respect by modeling core behaviors.
  • Deliver ongoing training.
  • Develop annual sales goals for sales team and develop/maintain yearly budget.
  • Provide training on products, processes, and methodologies to new sales consultants, including role-playing and sales ride-along visits.
  • Participate, as a team member, with other managers in providing best operational results; participate with leadership team to ensure alignment to organizational goals and direction.
  • Work with marketing team to maximize marketing expense to generate sufficient inquiry/lead/appointment rate.
  • Establish and maintain sales budget.
  • Manage coverage of showroom business hours, cleanliness of premises and displays, and proper lead management practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
  • Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience; in-home sales experience a plus
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop others

DIRECTION OF OTHERS:

Directly manage associates involved in the sales process.

SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941-168,859 plus incentive, annually.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
