Franklin Industrial Park Manufacturing Material Handler 1st shift, M0n - Fri, 6am - 2:30pm $17 - $18 Use or learn to use overhead crane effectively to unload or transport raw materials from flatbed truck to shop floor. Manually or mechanically load, unload, or move materials from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock; investigate discrepancies and adjust errors. Receive, store, move and pack outgoing materials, equipment, and other items from warehouse. Report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, unsafe and unusual conditions. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Maintain accuracy of all inventory received/released into Global Shop program-Data entry. (company training provided) Track and monitor inventory levels. Operate within company Quality Management System (QMS) procedures; adhere to the company Quality Policy. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
