Senior Information Security Analyst (Remote - NC, VA, NJ, AZ)

This is a remote role that may be hired only in NC, AZ, NJ, VA.

**Remote with ability to travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, Phoenix, Arizona or Morristown, New Jersey, on an as needed basis.

This position supports the Bank's Information Security and Cyber Threat management programs at the highest level of complexity and expertise. Ensures applications and accounts are in compliance with company cybersecurity policy and standards. Leads the analysis and mitigation of threats identified within the Bank's networks and systems. Ensures that team reporting is timely, accurate, and escalated as necessary to provide actionable intelligence for cyber defense efforts. Drives the defense of the organization's information security and Identity and Access Management through expert consultation and threat mitigation. Serves as a resource to team members and management on security threats, industry trends, and other relevant intelligence. Leads projects within the work group and resolves escalated, high-risk issues.

• Responsible for implementation and execution of identity an access management processes in compliance with cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines based on industry and regulatory standards.
• Coach and mentor less senior team members to support the same initiative.
• Assist in performing assessments to support compliance with program requirements by IT Business Partners
• Work closely with FCB risk and audit functions to support internal reviews.
• Serves as a resource to clarify expectations of the Access Management program practices and governance controls.
• Experience in Risk Management also highly encouraged

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Information security OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Information security

Preferred Skills:

• IT or Cybersecurity experience in a heavily regulatory organization, preferably banking.
• An understanding of NIST and COBIT frameworks
• General understanding of application security management hosted on various platforms (i.e. Mainframe, Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle, Windows, DB2, Cloud Technologies, etc).
• Basic programming, data analytics and reporting skills desired but not required
