General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations at our Mission Support Center in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and team management.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
