IHOP is seeking a new marketing member who is passionate about helping the brand expand its digital eCommerce and off-premise business. The Associate Manager of Off-premise Marketing will be focused on executing day-to-day marketing operations and analysis of guest facing initiatives, including but not limited to IHOP 'n Go menu & ordering, catering, 3rd party delivery, digital promotions, and other eCommerce channels. Working with the Senior Manager, Off-premise Marketing, this role will need to utilize a technical and analytical acumen to be able to navigate and learn new platforms and non-traditional marketing opportunities. A highly qualified candidate will be able to develop new marketing campaigns and be responsible for marketing projects within the cross functional implementation of off-premise sales driving program initiatives, including native channel, third party delivery, catering, and virtual brand programs. This is a fast-paced, high-growth area for IHOP, and the right candidate will not only have a strong interest to learn how things work and help develop processes and efficiencies, but also be ready to think out of the box and roll up their sleeves.
