Great Hill Solutionsis seeking a full-time Travel Operations Coordinator at the Defense Security Cooperation University's (DSCU) Institute for Security Governance (ISG) in Monterey, CA. ISG is the is the Department of Defense's leading implementer for Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) and one of its strategic international schoolhouses. To meet the mission of ISG, the Operations, Travel, Logistics and Technical team executes centralized operations support and oversight to all programs. Operational and logistics support of ISG programs involves gathering, anticipating, coordinating, and fulfilling requirements that enable global engagements. The team is charged with "Behind-the scenes support" to enable the advancement of U.S. security cooperation objectives through the conduct of advising and functional engagements, mobile education teams (METs), and resident education courses. To execute this mission, the team is charged with: Processing Country Clearance requests, preparation of force protection plans, developing Isolated Personnel Reports (ISOPREPs), preparation and coordination of pre-travel training, processing passport and visa letter requests, preparation of travel briefings, as well as web and systems enterprise development and support, to include website construction and maintenance.
