Process Finance Manager

Process Finance Manager. Troy, MI. Oversee and manage financial operations of all plants and warehouses in NA region. Optimize financial operations and provide strategic financial insights. Review balance sheets and identify discrepancies/variances. Ensure financial procedures are efficient, effective, and compliant with USGAAP, local GAAPs, and internal API regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Lead cross-functional projects for NA region to develop business intelligence applications. Lead and deliver comprehensive training programs for Accountants, Analysts, and Controllers. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal Auditors, internal Controllers, external Auditors, and regulatory bodies during audits/inspections. Position requires travel within the Americas up to 50% of the time. Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or closely related field and two years of experience working on financial automation projects. Experience must include: developing advanced systems to achieve process improvement, ensuring accounting actions comply with policy and management requirements, planning and controlling cash flow, creating depreciation and amortization reports, creating rolling cash flow forecasts, and performing cash flow analyses.
