Pay

Salaried grade SALR-006
$67,515 - $76,251/ year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Plus 4% shift premium for 2nd shift

Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking an Environmental Services Department (ESD) Supervisor to join our Manufacturing Services team.

• ESD Supervisor manages multiple project activities
• Provide leadership in conjunction with OSHA safety guidance and laws in all work environments
• Supervises Sanitorial and Janitorial employees in non-production and production areas to comply with McKee Standards for Food Safety & Sanitation FDA (FSMA Title 21) Standards for HACCP Food Safety & Sanitation
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the ESD activities for assigned plant/shift/team
• Supervisor is responsible for performance of hygiene/sanitation functions to maintain plant food safe/sanitation functions to maintain plant food safe foods for the manufacturing of Little Debbie, Sunbelt, Drake and Fieldstone Brand products
• ESD Supervisors are responsible for the performance of ESD functions in Sanitations, Pest Control, ESD Maintenance CIP and Bulk Silo equipment programs within the scope of a large production facility
• Arkansas manufacturing facility main campus site sits on 80 square acres and that environment must be maintained for cleanliness, and pest control

Required Qualifications

• 31 or more semester credit hours of college (transcript required) OR
• 2 years supervisory experience OR
• 5 years McKee Foods Corporation experience with at least 1 year in a pay grade B or above
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Successfully complete McKee Foods assessments

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in supervision with sanitation responsibilities within a food manufacturing environment
• Completion of supervisor training course
• Degree in Food Science and Technology, Business or related field or college level course work completed in Food Processing, Food Sanitation, Food Microbiology and Safety Management
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Excel, Word, Outlook, MSS, Workday
• Knowledge of (Lean) principles
• Training experience
• Exhibit excellent communication skills including well-developed verbal skills, interpersonal skills, and strong presentation skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to assimilate new information and processes quickly.
• Understanding of McKee Foods Company policies
• 7 Steps of cleaning training
• Completion of MOS training
• Background in food safety and sanitation
