You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Sibley Memorial Hospital | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com) Summary: Responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of Perioperative Services departments including Main Operating Room, Sibley Ambulatory Surgery Center, Endoscopy, and Anesthesia at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Position reports to the Executive Director of Perioperative Services. Responsibilities include managing, coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day administrative and business operations on site. The manager will respond to the needs of multiple medical staff members, supervise staff, provide coverage, and manage the budget of a dynamic program. Responsibilities include coordinating resources to enable and sustain growth. The Manager will create a management structure for continuous process improvement, vendor management, enhanced communication, team building, conflict resolution, business practice and service excellence. Minimum Education and Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 42.78/hour - Maximum 74.87/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
