Summary: As part of the Card Services team within Payment Technology & Services, this individual will focus on the day-to-day operational support and processing for Centier's Commercial Credit Card program, utilizing the FIS Base2000 platform. The position serves as a key operational point of contact, ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and issue resolution for Commercial Credit Cards. While working closely with the Card Services Manager, this role maintains a strong partnership with Treasury Management Sales Officers and Business Bankers to support client needs and program integrity. Provides high-quality service and operational expertise related to the Commercial Credit Card product and its specific platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with theCard Services Manager,Treasury Management Sales Officers, andBusiness Bankersto facilitate the operational aspects of new Commercial Credit Card program implementations and client onboarding onto theFIS Base2000 platform. This includes account/card setup, revisions, and deletions within the system.
- Perform daily/routine operational tasks within theFIS Base2000system, including file maintenance, transaction processing (e.g., payments, adjustments), parameter updates, and quality control checks related to Commercial Credit Card accounts.
- Serve as an operational liaison with the Commercial Credit Card vendor (FIS), particularly regarding theBase2000platform, for issue resolution, system updates, and routine operational communication.
- Monitor key Commercial Credit Card reports withinFIS Base2000(e.g., spend reports, exception reports, delinquency reports). Process necessary transactions, such as monthly rebates, accurately to client accounts or GLs as required.
- Serve as an operational point of contact forinternal partners (TM Sales, Business Bankers, CSC, Accounting)via phone/email to resolve operational questions, troubleshootFIS Base2000platform issues, and address problems related to Commercial Credit Card accounts. May interact directly with clients for escalated operational issues as defined by procedure.
- Assist theCard Services Managerwith data gathering and research related to the Commercial Credit Card portfolio usingFIS Base2000and other available systems as needed for operational analysis or projects.
- Develop subject matter expertise on theFIS Base2000platform's operational functions. May assist Treasury Management in developing client-facing training materials or provide internal training/support to associates on platform functionalities.
- Assess Commercial Credit Card operational procedures withinFIS Base2000and related workflows; identify and recommend opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements. Ensure documentation meets compliance requirements.
- Always maintain confidentiality.

- Ability to work with complex processes, policies, and vendor platforms (specifically FIS Base2000) with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks independently.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learnFIS Base2000platform is highly desirable. Experience with core banking systems (e.g., NuPoint) is beneficial.

- Experience with NuPoint, New Account Counsel and IMM is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years previous banking experience, preferably in an operational role involving card products or treasury management services. Experience with commercial/business client support is a plus.
