Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization, a proactive mindset, and a strong interest in training and development. This is not your average admin role-this position is designed as a growth opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in training facilitation, project coordination, or operational excellence.

In this role, you will provide vital support to the Field Operations Training Team by managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities, coordinating projects, supporting training events, and helping develop team efficiencies. You'll also gain exposure to facilitation work with a focus on preparing for future opportunities in the training space.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Training Team to coordinate and support new hire trainings, live facilitation sessions, and team-led workshops-serving as a facilitation co-pilot and growing your own facilitation skills.
  • Organize and schedule key team meetings, trainings, events, and special projects that promote employee development and team connection.
  • Support project management efforts across Field Ops initiatives by tracking tasks, owning timelines, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Training, Support, and Operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Own reporting and data tracking for Field Ops training needs-building, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Proactively identify needs, remove roadblocks, and fill in operational gaps as they arise.
  • Perform daily administrative duties such as JIRA approvals, roster updates, training invites, inbox management, and maintaining internal documentation.
  • Assist with facilitation logistics (room setup, materials, technology, rosters) and be ready to step in with energy and professionalism.
  • Provide support for special projects and strategic initiatives that align with the Field Ops team's priorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and drawing insights from spreadsheets and reports.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset-takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, poise, and ability to work with confidential information.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with a wide range of personalities.
  • Adaptable and energized by change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in developing facilitation, leadership, or project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or leadership support role.
  • Exposure to training environments or interest in adult learning and facilitation.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with Airtable a plus
