This position is open to a Remote work arrangement; however, you must be available for occasional travel to Baltimore, MD, for meetings and team-building events.

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst II will report to the FP&A Manager. Their primary purpose is to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency is maintained by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support key decision-making processes within the Johns Hopkins Hospital Finance Department.

Minimum Required



  • A minimum of two years of experience in financial and administrative positions, preferably in a medical setting
  • Demonstrates knowledge in financial analysis / modeling
  • Experience with EPSI, Strata, and other financial systems preferred



Education



  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent finance experience
  • Healthcare or comparable experience preferred




Salary Range: Minimum $37.04/hour - Maximum $61.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
