Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide business / functional analysis services to our internal Customers in the area of PDC, which is Sharepoint based Document Management System.
You will be supporting them during analysis of requirements, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to support decisions for new or changed features.
You will collaborate with Service Owner, Application Manager and other PDC teams (Dev, Run, QA) to ensure quality and stability of PDC Service.
You will also be responsible for analysis of requirements and conducting implementations of PDC for our new ABB Customers.
As part of PDC FA Team you will be heavily collaborating with other members of this team on daily basis to ensure that Functional/Business Analysis outcomes are well known by the whole team and are according to best practices developed by PDC Team.
This position reports to IS Service Owner - Document Management Systems.

• Qualifications for the role:
• You should have at least 5+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst role. IT background or equivalent in Sharepoint or other Document Management System class solutions will be a strong candidate asset
• Track record in documenting functional and business requirements in an efficient way
• Ability to challenge and simplify requirements by proposing own ideas
• Capable to validate and test delivered solutions and conduct acceptance tests with stakeholders and vendors
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices
• You are at ease communicating fluently in English
• You have experience in conducting system implementations for customers
• Collaborative and proactive approach: Work well in cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues across different departments and geographies. Global mindset, inter-cultural sensitivity
• You are ready to travel abroad a couple of times a year for PDC implementations at our ABB customers premises
• Experience and strong skills in collaboration with customers, developers, testers, operations teams
• Understanding of ITIL practices, SDLC and tools supporting those approaches
