The Senior Manager Professional Services - Global Trade is responsible for leading the Global Trade Professional Services Delivery team. This role is accountable to providing TR Global Trade customers with best-in-class software implementations in a manner that supports TR's financial services and customer retention goals. This role brings a deep expertise and thought leadership to the Global Trade Management space. This position will lead a team of delivery Implementation Consultants at various levels with a deep knowledge of Global Trade services and partner internally with Sales Leaders, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances to execute on the long-term strategy to grow Global Trade services.

About the Role:

  • Owns the strategy and execution to deliver professional / consulting services to Corporates Professional Services GTM clients
  • Drives excellent customer experiences through meaningful interactions that support key performance indicators of customer satisfaction
  • Key partner as a member of Corporates Professional Services Leadership Team for seamless integration across the customer journey
  • Owns the growth and retention of a $11M book of business of transactional and recurring services revenue
  • Leads the GTM delivery team with a focus on customer satisfaction while driving growth and profitability
  • Provides overall leadership and management of the GTM team and set the standards for consulting delivery
  • Responsible for consultant utilization, revenue & margin associated with the GTM team
  • Partners with GDC lead to define GDC engagement strategy and staffing plans
  • Owns the recruiting, training and professional development of dedicated professional service team members for the GTM team
  • Owns product specific sub-contractor relationships and delivery
  • Ensures team understands, utilizes and follows set methodologies for consulting delivery

  • Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes; outstanding end-customer relationship skills
  • Proven track record of strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
  • Proven excellent thought leadership
  • Strong understanding of other roles within the company and how they are connected.
  • Proven high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand complex concepts and situations
  • Excellent ability to develop and manage relationships with complex and global teams
  • Resourceful and highly organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and operate successfully in a complex, dynamic, fast paced, highly collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to successfully partner and leverage supporting team of Sales, Product Development, Marketing and Partnerships & Alliances
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • In-depth experience working with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Ability to adapt to fast-pace, constant change and thrives in the grey area especially in trade compliance
  • 5+ years of ONESOURCE GTM implementation experience
  • 8+ years of prior experience with enterprise software system implementations

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
