We are looking for a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst to join our close-knit, dedicated team and play a key role in the continued adoption and ongoing design of Workday across our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on HRIS experience. General Purpose and Scope of Position: The HR Information Systems Analyst will be a vital member of the HRIS team, providing technical support across a range of HR applications that span the full employee lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with end-users and content owners to gather business requirements, optimize system workflows, and recommend enhancements to key stakeholders within the Workday platform. The analyst will also play a key role in supporting HR systems and fulfilling data and reporting needs for local HR teams, employees, and multiple subsidiaries. Key Skills & Abilities:
