Overview

LMI is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management Risk Assessment (SCRM) Senior Analyst to join our team. As a SCRM Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Health and Human Services Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) efforts. Your responsibilities will include initiating, integrating, managing, assessing, and providing focused analysis to enhance our SCRM operations. You will collaborate with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure the mission and objectives of CMS are met. Position is a hybrid work environment with a blend of telework and onsite work. Position requires weekly onsite work in the Baltimore, MD area.

Responsibilities

    Conduct end-to-end supply chain risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and potential risks.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data for risk analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and enhance resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and streamline supply chain workflows.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in supply chain risk management.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on SCRM findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Foster relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance risk analysis and information sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards related to supply chain risk management


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, analytics, or related field, with a preference for experience in supply chain risk management (SCRM).
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, analytics, intelligence, or a related field.
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve business process workflows and develop templates for enhanced efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SCRM and Cyber SCRM (C-SCRM) tools and C-SCRM regulations and frameworks.
  • Active Top Secret clearance.

Targeted Salary Range: $94,000 - $160,000
