At Agilent Technologies we're seeking a Senior Scientist for the Companion Diagnostics (CDx) team. Agilent's CDx business partners closely with leading pharmaceutical companies to develop, manufacture and commercialize in vitro diagnostic devices, which are a critical part of precision medicine. The CDx business serves to support the development of targeted cancer therapies. As a Senior Scientist you will develop immunohistochemistry (IHC) and/or in situ hybridization (ISH) and add new value for Agilent through innovative ideas that build new businesses and/or improve existing ones. You will have the opportunity to engage in product commercialization, contribute to scientific publications, stay abreast of scientific and medical trends in the CDx field, and collaborate with key opinion leaders in the industry. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $130,112.00 - $203,300.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
