Could you be the full-time onsite Line Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your multifaceted industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and drive the manufacturing activities for project(s) within the Line/Workshop, making a tangible impact on our operational efficiency and success. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Finance, Sourcing, Quality), oversee Greenfield and Brownfield developments, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Leading and overseeing the entire manufacturing process from Engineering to Delivery,



  • Directing team management, including the coordination of cross-functional teams,



  • Managing and maintaining site facilities and equipment,



  • Managing a diverse workforce, including both White and Blue Collar employees,



  • Collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, Sourcing, and Quality departments to optimize manufacturing impact,



  • Ensuring adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and regulations,



  • Developing and implementing strategies for Greenfield/Brownfield projects,



  • Driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and technologies.

  • Degree in Higher Technical/General studies (preffered),



  • Experience or understanding of middle managerial roles within an industrial setting,



  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes and Technologies,



  • Competence in Site Facilities & Maintenance management,



  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and leadership experience including White and Blue Collar workforce,



  • Understanding of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations.

Base salary range: $110,000 - $125,000
