Region Productivity Manager

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Region Productivity Manager to join our team located in Signal Hill, CA.

The Region Productivity Manager / Six Sigma will be responsible for providing consultative advice within the Eastern Region that will ultimately lead to significant cost savings & productivity improvements. The Region Productivity Manager role will require extensive travel throughout the Eastern portion of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Senior Management team & Project Team to ensure Region meets/exceeds its productivity goals
• Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma tools which result in significant productivity improvements
• Identifies areas of potential cost reduction
• Gathers & presents relevant data in order to support findings of potential cost reduction
• Visits Plants & Branches to uncover new revenue streams
• Manages projects & financials
• Monitors external/ internal trends and makes recommendations to improve productivity procedures, methods and tools
• Accountable for business productivity targets
• Salary Range- $106,575 to $156,310 (commensurate with industry experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years Lean and/or Six Sigma experience or Industrial Gas experience
• Ability to communicate
• 5+ Prior Project Management experience
• 75% Travel
• Prior experience managing projects and financials
• Clean driving record
