We are seeking a Technical Recruiter, Senior (Telecommunications Engineering & Construction) who has In-depth understanding of telecommunications engineering & construction to join our Critical Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) business Unit. As part of (CIS) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that is a prime turnkey design-build/design assist & pre-construction services providing systems design, construction, installation & commissioning.

Work Type: Full-Time
Location: Onsite, Tysons, VA
Travel: Up to 30% travel (job sites, customer sites)
Work Authorization: Must possess U.S. Work Authorization


Responsibilities

* Recruit, develop, and maintain a candidate pipeline for Telecommunications Engineering & Construction positions.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend their staffing needs.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of roles for Project Leaders, Engineering Leaders, and Superintendents as the top three roles you will recruit for.
* Utilize a mix of targeted sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.

  • Source, woo, and hire electrical designers and engineers, and other critical roles.
  • Follow OFCCP compliant talent acquisition processes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify, define and understand staffing needs.
  • Utilize a mix of targeted, creative sourcing methods.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring a consistent pool of talent for current and future openings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance recruitment tactics.
  • Attend events targeted at recruiting construction leaders.
  • Operate as a good teammate to fellow adjacent recruiting peers.
  • Lead by example by modeling integrity, grit, empathy, growth, and organization.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
* Uphold a positive candidate experience by offering transparent communication, timely updates, and support throughout the hiring process.
* Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure that all hiring processes and documentation align with OFCCP regulations and guidelines.
* Leverage data and reporting to monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes.

* Other duties as required.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the engineering & construction industry focused on Life Safety & Fire Alarm industry.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience / associate degree with 8+ years of experience / High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience.
  • Flexibility: able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organization to achieve team objectives.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
