Join our dynamic team as a Brand Partnerships Specialist and play a key role in shaping high-impact collaborations that propel the Pinterest brand to new heights. In partnership with our Director and Leads, you will strategize and execute partnerships that enhance our brand momentum and cultural impact.

What you'll do:



  • Support the brand partnership team in execution of a comprehensive brand partnership strategy that is based on research and analysis to identify areas of opportunity and partner targets that align to business goals.
  • Gather external research on partner vertical, size of audience, cultural fit with Pinterest, as well as other metrics as relevant to partnership programming.
  • Support brand partnership team in early stage lead cultivation of partnership opportunities via research, presentation materials, and ideation support.
  • Work with the team to craft compelling narratives and visually engaging pitches. Ensure representation of Pinterest's brand identity while refining partnership concepts and marketing programs.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to harness partnership opportunities for integrated campaigns. Facilitate seamless execution across departments.
  • Track progress of channel strategies and monitor partnership performance metrics.



What we're looking for:



  • 3+ years experience in brand partnerships, business development, digital marketing, or experiential marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing field or equivalent experience.
  • An analytical thinker with a creative mindset.
  • Proven ability to balance data-driven insights with innovative strategies.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented spirit with a history of successful cross-functional relationships to deliver results across teams (marketing, user support, product, PR, legal, IR, etc.).
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and work with velocity. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in building creative marketing programs and fostering partnerships grounded in win-win scenarios.



In-Office Requirement Statement:



  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times annually, and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
