Highgate maintains corporate offices in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle. www.highgate.com Location Highgate Corporate Office New York City, NY Overview With headquarters in New York and Dallas, Highgate is currently seeking a Paralegal with corporate, transactional, and/or litigation law firm experience to work with our dynamic in-house team of attorneys and paralegals. This role is based out of our New York office. The candidate will provide support to the firm's partners in a wide variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the analysis of legal documents and research. The candidate's primary responsibility will be to support the successful completion of transactional and litigation-related projects by providing comprehensive assistance throughout all phases of the process. This role will require the candidate to engage with hotel properties across a diverse geographical region, collaborating with key stakeholders to address a wide range of legal and operational matters. Responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal and external legal teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to contribute to risk assessment initiatives, support contract negotiations, and assist in the resolution of disputes. A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Litigation Support:
