The Benefits Manager will be responsible for leadership and oversight for North American benefits programs, serving almost 1,200 employees in the US. The right candidate will have deep expertise in US benefits, be driven, accountable, self-sufficient and forward-thinking. The role requires a strategic, flexible leader to maintain local benefit competitiveness and compliance while working towards harmonization of benefits in the greater Americas (Canada, Brazil and Mexico) over time. This person will establish a clear vision for benefits programs while remaining hands-on, managing intricate details and addressing complex issues to ensure successful execution. This position is in our Lower Gwynedd, PA office. Compensation: The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $115,000 to $150,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location. What We Offer:

What You'll Do:
- Oversee operations and administration of all North American benefit programs, including in the US: 401(k), Medical, Rx, HSA, Dental, Life, Disability, FSA, Education Assistance, EAP, Voluntary Benefits etc.
- In the US, maintain compliance with government requirements, such as: ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.
- Lead benefit and financial committees and quarterly meetings. Communicate meeting notes and action items and seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Lead the planning, communication and execution of the annual renewal and open enrollment processes.
- Provide ongoing support to employees and leadership of acquired entities, including the evaluation and recommendation of harmonized benefit offerings and opportunities for efficiencies.
- Assess, optimize and partner with external vendors and brokers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery of services and initiatives.
- Work in close partnership with other functions such as Shared Services, Finance and Legal to effectively answer inquiries, prepare reporting and/or problem-solve issues as needed.
- Develop communication strategies to enhance employee understanding of benefit offerings. Conduct benefits education and training sessions for employees and manage document storage.
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of 1-2 direct reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including:
- Ad-hoc data analysis, PowerPoint slides or presentations based on manager or client requests.
- Support C&B Leader and HR team with client relationships and other deliverables such as annual budgeting and forecasting, annual and mid-year compensation administration, promotion processes, off-cycle adjustments, bonuses and Pay Equity.
- Create and maintain process outline documentation and ensure accuracy.
What You'll Need: Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred (e.g. CEBS, CBP).
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in US Benefits administration
- Global benefits administration experience, specifically North and Latin Americas
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong collaborative relationships/partnerships within the company and with external vendor partners.
- A bold, confident decision-maker with demonstrated drive for success.
- A collaborative and ambitious thinker in need of a challenge.
- Strong analytical acumen: ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data and provide relevant and concise summaries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
