Job Overview:
Join RSM's Integration Center as an Integration Center Associate, where you'll play a critical role in provisioning, troubleshooting, and managing laptops and desktops to support our consulting services. We seek a proactive, punctual, and collaborative individual with a passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 (M365)Intune Autopilotconfigurations, Windows operating systems, and macOS, ensuring seamless technology solutions for our clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Provisioning: Configure, image, and deploy laptops and desktops to meet client and internal specifications, ensuring timely, accurate setups withinMicrosoft Intune Autopilotenvironments, Windows operating systems, and macOS.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on laptops and desktops. Address Microsoft Intune Autopilot application-specific challenges, Windows OS issues (e.g., system updates, driver conflicts), and macOS-related problems to minimize downtime.

  • Device Storage and Inventory: Maintain organized device storage, track inventory accurately, and ensure secure equipment handling.

  • Documentation: Clearly document troubleshooting steps, provisioning processes, and inventory updates, includingMicrosoft Intune Autopilotconfigurations, Windows OS settings, and macOS configurations, for transparency and efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Partner with team members and cross-functional departments to meet end-user needs and support project requirements within Microsoft Intune Autopilot, Windows, and macOS environments.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and processes, particularly Microsoft Intune Autopilot updates, Windows OS advancements, and macOS releases, to enhance technical expertise and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT support, desktop/laptop provisioning, or a related technical role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (e.g., Windows 10/11), macOS (e.g., Ventura, Sonoma), Microsoft 365 environments (specifically: Microsoft Intune Autopilot, and EntraID), hardware components, and basic networking.

  • Familiarity with device imaging, formatting, Microsoft Intune navigation, and ticketing systems is a plus.

  • Exceptional punctuality and time management skills to meet deadlines and schedules.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, including Microsoft Intune Autopilot features, Windows OS updates, and macOS advancements, and adapt to evolving IT practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $50,700 - $83,600

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
