The Loyalty Coordinator serves as a key contributor to the planning and execution of customer-centric promotional campaigns that support broader loyalty strategy and marketing objectives. This role ensures flawless execution of offer management, campaign logistics, and cross-functional communication while contributing to process improvements and long-term program growth.

Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a customer-centric perspective and commitment to operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

* Manage digital offer execution through the online campaign management system, including inputting UPCs, maintaining monthly budgets, and ensuring campaign accuracy in alignment with promotional strategy.

* Coordinate timelines, processes, and internal workflows to support the seamless launch of loyalty campaigns.

* Review, edit, and proof digital coupon offers to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and customer-friendly language.

* Support the development and execution of digital co-marketing campaigns by managing communications and deliverables with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

* Collaborate with key business partners, including central service agencies, suppliers, category management, and supply chain-to ensure timely execution and appropriate dissemination of campaign details.

* Participate in planning sessions and strategic discussions to inform process enhancements and the ongoing evolution of loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in marketing promotions, customer engagement, or personalized/direct marketing campaigns.

* Experience in retail, merchandising, or category management is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

* Understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, audience segmentation, and loyalty program best practices.

* Ability to analyze performance data and make recommendations based on key metrics.

Skills and Competencies

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and independently manage workload.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, process-oriented mindset.

* Quick learner with an aptitude for adopting new technologies.

* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

The pay range for this position is $26.54 -$39.81/hr.
