Sr. Software Engineer ( Hybrid )

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 8 + years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL. This role requires demonstrated ability in Payer. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and accurate bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative.
• Supply to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Document software designs and development processes.
• Communicate optimally with partners to provide updates and gather feedback.

• Possess strong expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL.
• Demonstrate domain experience in Payer.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have a solid understanding of software development best practices.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable code.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $97K - $114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
