This job involves leading and coordinating the development of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, focusing on enhancing productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires collaboration with various teams including engineering, sales, and quality to manage equipment needs, tooling, and technical issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, developing new manufacturing plans, implementing cost-saving and quality improvement measures, and maintaining ISO standard documentation. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical), at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and MS Office. This role is suited for a self-motivated individual who is keen on driving initiatives and improving operational efficiency. Document & Standardize: Develop and maintain critical manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and establishing clear, effective routings for existing products.
