Responsibilities

  • Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
  • Day Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity.
  • Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (required)
  • Will work with Internal Medicine residents - Responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program.
  • Preferably okay doing procedures but not required.
  • Open ICU.
  • Traditional Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month.
  • The position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
  • Base salary starts at $250-275K.
  • Semi-annual production bonus in addition to base salary.
  • Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement for Full-Time.
  • Open to J-1 Visa waiver sponsorship (Primary Care shifts required)


Qualifications

Desert Valley Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000-275,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
