Project Development Manager - Infrastructure

Lead the development of project opportunities that supports the achievement of strategic goals in the Infrastructure Market. Support the team during all phases of the project pursuit life cycle; from initial discovery, preparation of win strategies, technical proposal development and estimate.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and track strategic relationships in the Infrastructure Market with clients, engineering firms, subcontractors, and material/equipment suppliers.
• Work meticulously and cohesively with all markets within the business and be able to form new relationships as well as maintain relationships with potential/current clients.
• Remain current on local, state, regional, and federal policy issues as they relate to our market.
• Perform industry research on emerging markets and identify and explore new opportunities.
• Track and communicate future project opportunities. Prepare and engage in company meetings and presentations with senior leaders.
• Prepare pursuit strategies that align with company/market goals.
• Assist the team during estimate development with vendor outreach, scope development, subcontractor/supplier solicitation.
• Participate in various stages of written technical proposal development during a pursuit.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant construction experience in the heavy/civil construction industry.
• Must be a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate in team environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexible to travel to projects and offices throughout the market.
