The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000 - $121,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Conduct site visits to independently conduct root cause analysis sessions to unravel and resolve standard risk and complexity issues, setting the stage for detailed quality improvements.

  • Orchestrate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions derived from RCAs, ensuring balanced improvements in quality and performance.

  • Optimally communicate key takeaways and standard methodologies across the organization, improving the overall quality framework and processes.

  • Represent customer interests and perspectives, ensuring their needs are central to our strategic and operational plans.

What We are Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in related field with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Passionate about problem-solving and quality improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability in leading Root Cause Analysis processes from beginning to end.

  • Ability to compile data, then use that information to tell compelling stories to leadership.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Sophisticated capabilities in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and statistical analysis tools like Minitab.

  • Ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time, as necessary.
