Job Summary and Responsibilities

This is a full-time, remote position that is responsible for coordinating and facilitating professional development training to support the success of the Employee Assistance Program Onsite Clinicians for a large Federal agency. This position is also responsible for the maintenance and utilization of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Platform for clinicians. This position will utilize data to make data-driven decisions with regards to training needs and to identify areas for individual professional growth. This position will also take the lead in orienting new Onsite Clinicians, providing them with the training necessary to fulfill their duties as well as providing ongoing growth opportunities. Finally, this position, which falls under the Clinical Manager, will act as a back-up for the Clinical Manager and take on any special tasks with the Clinical Manager as the contract requires. Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Masters' degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field.
  • Licensed to practice social work or counseling (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • Ability to develop, facilitate, and coordinate trainings.
  • High level of competence with technology. Has the ability to learn new software systems quickly. This includes Electronic Health Records platforms and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to lead clinical team meetings, provide consultations to EAP On-site Clinicians, identifies and supports best EAP practices among the On-site Clinicians, and ensures compliance with clinical and administrative processes concerning the provision of direct services in the field locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience in maintaining Electronic Health Records.
  • 3 years' experience in navigating vendor relationships.
  • 3 years' experience in providing trainings
  • 3 years' experience working in a behavioral healthcare field
  • 3 years' experience with Employee Assistance programs and/or is a CEAP
  • Cultural competency in working with military, law enforcement, or first responder clients.
