Assistqualifying opportunities, primarily to help determine how a current customer or prospect's critical business requirements align withbusiness need. Serve as a solutions consultant, working with Sales leadership and other leaders across the organization to ensure value is demonstrated to address institutional challenges. Coordinate and participate in strategy and discovery calls; represent at conferences; and provide industry and product knowledge support throughout the sales process as needed. Build strong relationships among internal stakeholders by providing insightful direction, options, and a plan for execution to improve productivity, competency, and revenue numbers. Coordinate efforts to innovate, develop, and improve demonstration and presentation skills. Conduct business process reviews and analysis of client business requirements. Gather and document business requirements, discuss with clients and present back their requirements. Work collectively with the solutions consulting team to map business and process requirements to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
5+ years of relevant experience in the Legal, Tax, Government or Financial Service sectors. This role will be directly supporting the Legal Services Sector. 5+ years' experience working in a customer-facing role preferably in a pre-sale or a consultant capacity. Proven ability to articulate value propositions and address key challenges at various levels, from C-suite executives to end users within legal organizations. Comprehensive understanding of legal operations, workflows, and business strategies in both law firms and corporate legal environments. Experience in synthesizing and presenting complex client, competitive and industry feedback to internal/external senior stakeholders, clients, and prospects. Demonstrated success in supporting the full sales cycle, including deal closing, with a strategic and consultative approach.
