Commercial HVAC Service Technician Wanted Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career? We're seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team! About Us: We are a leading provider of commercial HVAC services, committed to delivering top-notch solutions to businesses across the region. Our team of experts ensures optimal comfort and energy efficiency for our clients. Job Description: As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems and equipment * Perform preventive maintenance on various commercial HVAC units * Install new HVAC systems and components * Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues * Ensure compliance with local and national codes and regulations * Communicate effectively with clients and team members * Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair * Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA Universal Certification) * Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units * Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and customer service abilities * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions * Available for on-call rotations and emergency service We Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Tools provided * Potential for advancement within the company If you're ready to take your HVAC career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
