What the Role Involves:

As a Travel Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements for our Construction and Project Manager team members. In addition to travel coordination, this role will also be responsible for assisting with expense reports. A successful individual will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of destinations, transportation options and adaptability.

  • Manage travel arrangements using an online booking system; including, but not limited to, flights, hotels and rental cars
  • Research travel options in each city to determine the most cost-effective accommodations
  • Consult with employees to determine their needs and preferences
  • Problem-solve and resolve any issues that may derail travel itinerary
  • As the key player in travel coordination, strong organization and communications skills will be used to work with all parties
  • Complete and process expense reports for the Project Management department

Basic Qualifications: (must be quantifiable and verifiable)

  • 2+ years' experience in managing travel
  • 2+ years' of processing expense reports
  • Highschool Diploma or GED

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Very skilled in organizing and prioritizing team needs
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
  • Comfortability of changing accommodations on the fly
