Compensation for this position starts at $42,200 annually.

Start time: 7AM - 3:30PM, 1st shift

This is the reasonable anticipated pay or pay range for this position currently.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and enter AP invoices into SAP, troubleshoot and follow up on AP issues and requests. Request new vendor setup as needed. Create purchase order information as well as oversee purchase order management.
  • Solicit quotes, order and maintain adequate supplies for plant and office operations.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail daily. FedEx shipping or trips to the post office when needed.
  • Manage security badge access for employees and visitors.
  • Manage conference room booking on the Agawam Master Calendar. Provide dining and accommodation information for site visitors. Manage food, beverage and materials for onsite meetings.
  • Assist Human Resources by tracking the completion of all new hire and annual compliance trainings in Litmos and Alchemy.
  • Act as a liaison between the Agawam plant and the third-party cleaning company.
  • Tracking of safety purchases, such as boots and safety glasses.
  • Tracking of recycle material to include payment.
  • Manage travel and expense reports for the site.
  • Proficiently use various computer programs (Excel, Work, BPCS, etc.) to compile information and create reports.
  • Ability to be cross trained in other functional areas of the Agawam Plant.
  • Carry out all additional duties assigned by supervisor or management.


Education and Experience:

  • Experience in administrative/office work preferred.
  • Experience in financial/accounting processes a
  • Exceptional math and computer skills, specifically MS Excel, Office & Strong communication skills, detail orientated, solid decision making, ability to work independently with little supervision
