Summary:For a global leader in the technology field, we are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our AR Tech Support team. The goal of this role is to support the Data Collection team and interfacing with client Engineering Teams and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues with AR Hardware devices. The AR Tech Support team is supporting user experience, engineering and software development teams to manage new products and programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will excel in offering troubleshooting and support, document known issues and gather feedback on client products. The hourly rate for this position is $21-$25 per hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
