Primary Job Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects in the manufacturing domain, focusing on data analytics. Proactively identify and assess consulting opportunities within key accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of the Process & manufacturing industry and understanding of client needs.
• Work with clients to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders & practice leadership to drive Cognizant and Consulting sales.
• Provide thought leadership in the areas of manufacturing and data analytics. Lead the execution of consulting engagements, leveraging expertise to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Work closely with the Pursuit teams and Service Lines in creating Transformation Solution/Consulting PoV for large multi-tower deals.
• Identify innovation initiatives within accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pilot, and scale innovative solutions.
• Should be able to work with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Ability to go to Chicago office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive experience working in the Manufacturing segment - should have worked in a Consulting capacity.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on the manufacturing domain and specialization in data analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams. Should have executed engagements spanning - Current state assessment, Process Definition, Roadmap creation.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and data analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent customer-facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies.
• Good understanding of Technology as applicable in the above context.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
