Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 6 to 9 years of experience in Cloud Computing and IBM technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards and Payments domain. This hybrid role requires expertise in various IBM tools and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using IBM Cloud Private and other IBM technologies.
• Oversee the integration of IBM MQ MFT IBM ITXA and IBM ITX to ensure seamless data transfer and transformation.
• Provide expertise in IBM Aspera and Sterling Connect:Enterprise to optimize file transfer processes.
• Implement and manage SFTP IBM Sterling Secure Proxy and IBM Sterling File Gateway for secure data exchange.
• Utilize IBM Sterling Connect:Direct and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to streamline business-to-business communications.
• Manage IBM Sterling Gentran and IBM Sterling Control Center to ensure efficient EDI processes.
• Develop and maintain IBM-Websphere Transform.Extndr solutions to support data transformation needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in all technical implementations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Cloud Computing and IBM technologies including IBM MQ MFT IBM ITXA IBM ITX IBM Cloud Private IBM Aspera Sterling Connect:Enterprise SFTP IBM Sterling Secure Proxy IBM Sterling File Gateway IBM Sterling Connect:Direct IBM Sterling B2B Integrator IBM Sterling Gentran IBM Sterling Control Center and IBM-Websphere Transform.Extndr.
• Must have domain expertise in Cards and Payments.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Nice to have experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Nice to have certifications in relevant IBM technologies and cloud computing.

Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
