Job Description:	Identifying, removing and replacing faulty batteries in cameras Replacing basic components within camera to assembly level. Track and document work Configure evaluation kits to potential clients Loading of PCs with proprietary software. Assisting colleagues with customer installs and upgrades of DEMS 360. Triaging all software cases Dealing with basic product repairs (assembly replacements) and administration.
Education Requirement:	IT related background
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:	Basic Network Configuration including IP Knowledge of IIs Excel Windows operating systems
Hours:	8-4 or 9-5
