Candidates that have exposure to control systems/PLC programming and a passion for automation will be a great fit for this team! The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Assist in commissioning of complex systems that integrate hardware and software.

  • Assist in the design of schematics and control panels.

  • Completes recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in PLC programming

  • Assist in complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design.

  • Performs full range of standard work for the professional field.

  • Applies problem-solving skills

  • Interact with the customer

  • Travel no more than 40% to customer sites in the USA

What We are Looking For:

  • BSEE or relevant field of study

  • Internship experience in electrical/controls engineering preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong desire to work in material handling/automation industry

  • Exposure to electrical/hardware design preferred

  • Exposure in either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs preferred

  • Knowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closed loop

  • Experience in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety a plus
